The Samyang AF 14mm f2.8 FE for Sony E mount is an ultra wide-angle autofocus lens designed for Full Frame or smaller sensor formats. 14 elements in 10 optical groups with 3 high refractive index elements, 2 x ED elements, an aspherical hybrid element plus a aspherical glass element give excellent edge-to-edge perfomance, enhanced with UMC Ultra Multi Coating to minimise flare and improve contrast. Its sturdy aluminium alloy body has a wide, ribbed manual focus ring which is smooth and well-damped, and the lens is supplied with a detachable petal shaped lens hood.
