The 088LBP converts a 1/4" male tripod thread to 3/8" (or a 3/8" socket to 1/4"). Its diameter is 30mm and depth 3mm, so this is not recommended for tripod heads with a significantly larger base diameter (the HA5120 bushing can also reduce a 3/8" socket).
