Ilford PQ Universal is a liquid concentrate developer for dish processing of fibre-base or resin-coated photographic papers. At a typical dilution of 1+9 it imparts a slight warming tone to most black and white papers, and it keeps well.
Can also be used for rapid high contrast development of sheet films such as Ilford Copy Plus.
