The Tamron 10-24mm Di II VC (B023) is an ultra-wide zoom designed for use with Nikon APS-C format sensor DSLRs. This is equivalent to 16-37mm on full-frame format and is an ideal range for candid, urban or landscape photography. The lens incorporates Tamron's Vibration Compensation (VC) mechanism to enable handheld shooting in low light levels. A more powerful AF drive allows the lens to snap rapidly into focus, enhanced by Full-Time Manual Focus over-ride. The 10-24mm uses aspherical and low dispersion glass elements to give excellent correction of aberrations.

    • For APS-C or smaller sensors
Di II lenses are designed for the exclusive use on digital SLR cameras with image sensors smaller than 24mm x 16mm. Di II lenses cannot be used together with a full format or 35mm SLR cameras.

    • Tamron’s unique VC (Vibration Compensation) technology makes handheld wide-angle photography easy, even in low-light environments.

    • HLD (High/Low torque-modulated Drive) AF drive system enables stable and precise focusing. Full-time Manual Focus override allows you to make fine adjustments—without having to switch from AF to MF mode.

    • Internal focusing: the overall length of the lens does not change during focussing and the close focussing distance is significantly reduced across the entire focusing range.

    • Minimum focusing distance of 24cm allows you to get really close to your subject.

    • Low dispersion glass, aspherical elements and BBAR coating, which is also put on cemented surfaces, help to correct aberrations.

    • Guarantee period: 1 year (or 5 years by registration).
