Multigrade FB Warmtone Glossy is a premium quality fibre-base variable contrast black and white paper on a 255gsm base, with a warm black image on a warm white base and a glossy (1K) surface. It tones easily, but like all fibre base papers, needs an extended washing time compared to resin-coated types.
Designed for use with all enlargers, it can also be used with most common safelights with 15w illumination. Direct exposure longer than 4 minutes is not recommended, and the minimum distance between paper and safelight should be 1.2m (4ft).
Ilford recommend a print wash time of 1 hour, and a final rinse with a 1:200 dilution of Ilfotol will aid even and rapid drying.
