An accessory for the Beach-Rolly which allows it to be laid horizontally and level for easy access to equipment in a backpack. The bar attaches to the holes in the side bars, and can be set at any angle. It can be useful when pulling the Rolly, as it shifts the centre of balance with a large load. The Bar folds flat within the frame so that it doesn't interfere with the folding of the Rolly.
