Velbon PH-66Q Revolver Head

The PH-66Q Revolver is a unique pan and tilt head incorporating a rotating mechanism to enable a camera to be quickly turned 90° from horizontal to vertical - ideal when you need to rapidly reframe shots while using a tripod. The head incorporates two bubble levels and the quick base release is mounted on a clever curved track which allows the camera to be levelled without adjusting the tripod legs. Fore-and-aft levelling is done with the pan handle, and the revolving base has a separate lock. The parallelogram mechanism can be locked at any angle between 0° and 90°. The QB-635L quick release plate has a slot to enable it to be centred on the camera base, anti-twist posts (optional) and a 1/4" screw.
