Wide 20Hz - 20kHz super-cardioid response makes it ideal for most purposes, and its low weight makes it a good boom microphone.
A switchable high-pass filter at 80Hz prevents low frequency noise such as air conditioners and traffic from being recorded.
A WSVM windshield is supplied to minimise light wind noise and plosives during recording. An optional 'DeadCat' furry is recommended for outdoor applications.
