Nikon R1C1 Speedlight Remote Kit

The Nikon R1C1 Kit includes a Commander unite and two SB-R200 Remote Speedlights, plus accessories to provide wirelessly controlled automated close-up and macro lighting, with TTL exposure calculation and synchronization carried out using infrared wireless communication between the camera’s metering system and the remote flash units. The kit includes adapters for front lighting, filters, and attachment rings for the most popular Nikkor lens filter screw threads. Additional SB-R200 units or other Nikon Speedlights can be added to enhance subject illumination. For use with any Nikon camera, including DSLRs without built-in flash (e.g. D3/4 series).

  • The R1C1 Kit contains (shown on D-200 camera - not supplied):
  • SU-800 Wireless Speedlight Commander Unit
  • SB-R200 Wireless Remote Speedlight x 2
  • Attachment Ring SX-1: enables SB-R200s to be attached to the lens front, and up to 8 x SB-R200s to be attached to a tripod for remote lighting.
  • IR Panel for Built-in Flash SG-3IR: enables the Commander function in the D200, D70s and D70.
  • Adaptor Ring Set: allows the SX-1 to be attached to 52mm, 62mm, 67mm, 72mm and 77mm lenses (n.b. 60/f2.8 Micro-Nikkor requires UR-5 adaptor).
  • Extreme Close-up Positioning Adaptor SW-11 (x2); curves the SB-R200 flash's output towards the optical axis in extreme close-up shots.
  • Diffuser SW-12: softens light output.
  • Flexible Arm Clip SW-C1; used to fix Diffuser SW-12 to the Attachment Ring, and can be used to fix other photo equipment.
  • Case to hold all the above items.
