An anti-static wetting agent for films to prevent drying marks and reduce dust adhesion. Dilution is 1 + 400 parts water which is good for about 100 35mm 36-exposure films. Can also be used as a glazing agent for fibre based papers, in which case the dilution is 1 + 40.
