The Manfrotto 357 sliding plate adapter has a 140mm long plate to allow a heavy camera to be balanced better on a tripod head. The 357PLV plate has 2 each of 1/4" and 3/8" camera attachment screws and video pin. A secondary safety lock stops the plate sliding out of the base. There are 1/4" and 3/8" base and side sockets.
