The T-2004X 4 section aluminium travel tripod is an ideal choice for supporting heavier DSLRs, video cameras or spotting scopes, offering great rigidity in a compact and lightweight form. It extends to a maximum height of 142.5cm and folds down to 42.2cm to make it very easy to carry. Weighing only 1.56kg, it supports loads up to an impressive 15kg. High quality forged metal and superior anodising ensure reliability and longevity. Low angle photography is also possible with 3 leg settings available, and the T-2004X package includes a short centre column for near ground level work. Reverse the centre column to transform it into a versatile macro tripod. As a Series 2 tripod, it is perfectly matched to any series 2 Sirui head, and is also compatible with almost every other manufacturer including Manfrotto, Gitzo and Benro.

    • Extra short centre column included to enable the tripod to reach extremely low near ground level positions.

    • Leg warmers on two of the legs for comfortable cold weather use.

    • Centre column hook allows you to add a weight for additional stability.

    • Includes a padded tripod bag and carry strap.

    • 6 year warranty.

    • Sirui manufacturing
For the vital centre tripod chassis (or 'spider'), Sirui uses a special forging and CNC process instead of conventional casting methods. Forging enhances the integrity of the metal grains so they remain consistent and continuous, which allows the chassis to be made smaller and stronger. The benefit of this is a rigid tripod which can operate at wide extremes of temperature and having exceptional strength and stability with reduced overall weight. The tripod is further enhanced by a custom anodised surface treatment which ensures superior resistance to wear and corrosion.
