  • Leg hinges are offset, and the legs have a D section which reduces the folded bulk of the tripod. Switches at the top of each leg allow two leg angles to be set.
  • The ball and socket head has a quick release plate (Manfrotto's standard 200PL pattern). The QR platform has a scalloped shape to allow the head to fit neatly between the legs when folded.
  • Robust aluminium construction allows a 4kg load - which is ample for most DSLRs.
