The Metz 64AF-1 for Canon is a high power flash which features intuitive touch screen control and a full dedicated feature set. Unlike the camera makers' guns, the 64AF-1 also incorporates traditional auto sensor control, ideal for photographers used to working with a constant aperture (12 stops available). Macro photographers will also appreciate the ability to control light output in 25 steps. Another unique feature is a secondary reflector which allows you to bounce light from the main head, and fill-in in the shadows from the front. The full-colour rear LCD auto-rotates if the gun is used sideways, and presents a logical sequence of 6 touch-screen options and two side control buttons. All main features can be accessed with one or two finger movements - there are no tedious menus to drill down through.
The flagship Metz gun gives unparalled control over light, whether you want to shoot using dedicated TTL, auto-aperture control or fully manual.
Fully compatible with current TTL camera-controlled systems, and can act as master or slave gun in a multi-flash set-up, whether single guns or groups.
Wide range 24-200mm motorised zoom head.
PC sync cable socket.
Switchable beep function.
External power pack connection.
Integrated wide-angle diffuser covers 12mm (full frame) angle illumination.
Wake-up function via the camera: automatic unit shut-off and manual key lock.
