  • The rear standard of the CASTBAL T/S fixes to the end of the CASTEL-Q, and the front one to the moveable clamp - all in a few moments. This makes it easy to disassemble for transport.
  • The CASTEL-Q can be used on ites own as a camera focusing rack.
  • For perspective control purposes the front lens panel can be tilted 25° to the left or right, and also shifted from side to side.
  • To adapt the CASTBAL T/S to the Novoflex EOS Reverse Adaptor, which will then give full TTL aperture control, the adaptors EOS/UNI and UNI/EOS are required.
  • To adapt the CASTBAL T/S to other DSLR or CSC camera bodies you will first need the A/UNI camera-side adaptor and UNILEI lens side adaptor. These will then take standard Novoflex body adaptors (e.g. NIKA for Nikon), and lens adaptors with the prefix LEI-. Please call us for more information if required

  • Infinity focusing is possible by using a specially adapted Schneider UNI-APO-DIGI 90mm/f4.5 lens, which gives 1.2x magnification to infinity on full frame, and 1.8x to infinity on APS-C sensors.
