Save £65 on usual price The MH055M8-Q5 Photo Video Head is an innovative design which allows the head to be switched to operate either as a 2-way or 3-way pan and tilt - ideal for use with DSLRs with HD video recording as well as stills capability, in 3-way photo mode the head offers sideways tilt as well as fore-and-aft and side-to-side panning, all movements being damped by fluid cartridges. The red switch instantly locks out the side tilt for video or scoping use, and friction controls allow adjustment for both camera load and the different requirements for video and photo use. Graduated scales are incorporated in the head for each plane of movement, making repeat movement settings easy to obtain. The pan bar is repositionable for left or right hand use, and is supplied with a clip for attachment to a tripod leg, should you wish to remove it. A built-in counterbalance and sliding plate allow balancing of a heavy camera and give extra security.
