  • Striking design coupled with leading-edge engineering and materials. Magnesium body.
  • PTFE coated ‘Bubble Ball’ is hollow, which gives a dramatic weight reduction. It can also be made larger, which gives a greater locking area, and improves smoothness of operation.
  • Patented SADL (Spring Assisted Double Lock) combines two locking systems in one, to give greatly improved feel and control, and grip on the ball, with consequent improved load capacity and scarcely any drift when locking.
  • Three built-in spirit levels enable accurate horizontals or verticals to be achieved in any position.
  • Hybrid quick release system allows 'D' pattern Arca-compatible plates to be attached from above, rather than side in from the side. The insert can be removed to enable Gitzo 'C' type plates to be used.
