The brush is made from filaments several timess thinner than a human hair, which are embedded with molecules which are permanently charged opposite to that of dust. When the brush is wiped across the sensor surface, the dust particles are 'sucked' into the brush. In the body is a motor which spins the brush. This charges the brush to ready it for use again, and to shake off collected dust. The Arctic Butterfly 724 Super Brite Vue also features an twin LEDs which illuminates the sensor during cleaning. This reduces the possibility of smearing caused by the brush fibres being contaminated by oil or grease in the surrounding areas. The 724 has more fibres in its brush than the 788 model, and a more powerful motor. This makes for a greater conductive charge, so is extra effective at removing dust from the sensor. Includes a protective twist-off cap, durable plastic contoured grip body, and hard shell carry case. Requires 2 x AAA batteries (not supplied).
