Our aim through the website plus telephone or email advice is to make sure that you order the correct item for your need. The onus is on you, the customer, to ensure that you are buying the correct item, but we understand that this is not always possible.
We also understand that circumstances change, and on rare occasions goods may arrive damaged, broken or just not working. With that in mind, we have a fair approach to returns/refunds and repairs and will always seek to rectify any problems with the least amount of inconvenience.

Cancelling an order
You may cancel your order within 14 days of the despatch date and return the goods for a refund or exchange. Conditions apply - please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full information.
All goods sold by Speed Graphic, with the exception of certain digital hardware and software products, are guaranteed for at least 12 months from the date of delivery.
If the fault occurs within 30 days of delivery you will have the option of a refund or exchange.
If the fault occurs after 30 days but within 6 months of delivery you will be offered a repair, or in exceptional circumstances a full or partial refund or exchange.
If the fault occurs after 6 months but within 12 months (or the point of expiry in the case of a longer guarantee) we will offer a repair only.
In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product, verify the fault and, if no fault is found, return the goods to you.
