Delivery within mainland UK
includes Isle of Wight
Orders up to £30 value: £2.95
All other orders £30+ and up to 30kg weight: £4.95
Higher charges apply to certain UK postcodes for parcels over 1.5kg - see below for details.
Lighter items are sent by Royal Mail 1st class post. This is usually delivered the following day but is not guaranteed.
Heavier orders are sent by courier service. This will be a signed delivery between 9am and 6pm 1-2 working days after despatch.
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery
Place your order by 4pm for next working day delivery Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Standard next day for orders placed on Friday will be the following Monday.
Lighter items are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery for delivery before 1pm at an extra £3.00 on standard rates. Other items up to 30kg are sent via City Link or Parcelforce 24hr for delivery between 9am and 6pm at an extra £3.00 on standard rates (see exceptions to certain UK postcodes below).
Guaranteed Saturday Delivery
Orders placed on a Friday for guaranteed delivery on Saturday will be sent by City Link, which costs from £16 depending on weight. Alternatively, for items up to 2kg at our standard next day rate, Royal Mail Special Delivery usually gets there, but is not officially guaranteed by Royal Mail until the next working day (Monday).
Same Day Despatch Guarantee
If an order is received by 4pm and the goods are in stock, we guarantee to despatch it that day.
If your order contains an item which is expected within 3 days we will hold the order until complete, and if not completed will part-ship after that period. We will let you know if an item is unavailable if your order is urgent. There are no further carriage charges applied to back ordered items.
Your delivery address
It helps us as well as you if the delivery address will be occupied from 9am to 5pm, especially for heavy or high value items, which will be sent by courier service. Please do not request that the carrier leaves your order 'in the dustbin' or 'behind the garage'. Most of our services need a signature - and we do have one experience of a customer's goods disappearing in the local dustcart!
Redirection of deliveries
Should redirection of your parcel be required after we have despatched it, there will be an additional charge of £7.95.
UK postcode exceptions incurring higher delivery charge for heavier parcels
Postcode areas are: BT, HS, IM, KW, TR21-25, ZE
These areas incur higher delivery charges from all carriers, so we charge £12.95 to these areas where the weight of the parcel exceeds 1.5kg, up to a maximum of 30kg.
Normal delivery will be 1-2 working days A guaranteed next day service is possible to Northern Ireland and most Scottish postcodes.
Channel Islands
via Parcelforce Euro service (usual delivery time 2 days): £18.00
BFPO addresses
For parcels that can go via Royal Mail we will charge the standard UK rates as above, for heavier items we can use Parcelforce. The standard charge for this is £12.95 per parcel up to 30kg, this may vary and so we will quote on an individual order basis.
Delivery within Europe
Parcels weighing up to 2kg
sent by airmail packet post, usual delivery time 3-6 working days.
Orders over £50 value will require a signature on delivery.
Orders up to £30 value: £4.95
All other orders over £30: £12.95
Rectangular dimensions: Maximum 90cm for combined length, width and height with a maximum 60cm single dimension.
Tube or Roll dimensions: Maximum 104cm for length and 2x diameter, with maximum 90cm length.
If the maximum dimensions are exceeded then the higher rates below apply.
Parcels between 2kg and 30kg
sent by Parcelforce Euro/GPS service, usual delivery time 2-5 days.
A signature is required on delivery.

Italy, Portugal, Spain: £27.00
Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, Gibraltar, Hungary, Liechtenstein, Malta, Norway, Poland, San Marino, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland: £35.00

Andorra, Slovenia, Turkey: £65.00
All other European destinations not listed above are charged at cost depending on size and weight, please email for a quotation.

We are able to send orders to most parts of the world. Prices vary according to destination, and will be charged at cost. Please email for a quotation.
Express international orders via UPS Courier Service
Available to most destinations. Next day delivery to most European and major world destinations. 2-3 days elsewhere. Avoids long customs delays. Not available to PO Box addresses.
