Credit and debit cards

We accept payment by Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, and American Express.

Please ensure that the invoice address is the same as that to which your card is registered. For your security these details are checked as the order is processed, and failure to match could delay your order.

PayPal

PayPal can be selected during the checkout process, you will temporarily leave our site to complete the PayPal transaction details before returning for an order confirmation. Please ensure that your PayPal address is confirmed, orders that do not have a confirmed delivery address will be subject to further security tests and will therefore be delayed or may be refused. Important note regarding PayPal for non-European and VAT registered customers
If you are a VAT-registered European business and would like us to deduct VAT from prices before despatch, or living in a country where we do not quote a shipping charge at the checkout, please DO NOT use PayPal for payment, as we have no control over the billing and you will be charged the incorrect amount shown at the checkout. Bank transfer

Bank transfers can be accepted: all charges are payable by the customer upfront or by a £15 surcharge to cover our bank's fees. Email if you would like more details.

Cheque

If you wish to pay by cheque, send your order to Speed Graphic, Unit 4 Woodlea Park, Station Approach, Four Marks, Alton GU34 5AZ.

Notes on credit/debit card charging

Card transactions do not happen live on the website when you place your order. We check each order and process them through to despatch manually. We will obtain authorisation to debit your account from your card issuer when processing your order. This will reserve the amount and is known as a Pre-Authorisation.

On the day that your order is fulfilled the reserved amount will be debited from your account. If we part-ship an order, we will debit the value of the goods sent plus the shipping charge. Any back-ordered goods will be debited later on the day they are despatched (no extra shipping is charged).

Pre-Authorisations expire after 5-7 days and so if we have not been able to supply all or part of your order, then another Pre-Authorisation will occur.
